Pet Policy
We are happy to have you bring your cats and dogs, of any weight, to our Chapel Hill apartments. We even have a leash-free bark park for our furry residents!
• Two pet maximum per home.
• Initial pet deposit is $350 for the first pet, and $500 for the second pet.
• Monthly fee $30/per pet (unless used as an assistance animal).
• Restricted dog breeds are not permitted.
